Excellent customer service as always and a superb tea! This immediately became my go to black tea. Thanks to Chai House for introducing me to rolled teas.

The tea leaves are gorgeous (I steep in a French press to give them room to unfurl) and the tea itself is very red, coppery, bright, while still being a substantial black tea. The Orthodox cathedral on the orthodox-rolled tea packaging is a fun and humorous touch.
